With a background in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, and specialized training in Positive Behaviour Support, I am deeply committed to helping individuals live better lives through evidence-based strategies. My passion for supporting people and advocating for their well-being has guided my work, always striving to create meaningful, lasting change.
As both a behaviour practitioner and director, I focus on flexibility, clear communication, and a client-centred approach. I aim to make support plans practical and accessible, ensuring they can be easily understood and implemented. I am always learning and growing, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals and teams can work together to provide the best possible care.
