With a background in Psychology, Applied Behaviour Analysis, and specialized training in Positive Behaviour Support, I am deeply committed to helping individuals live better lives through evidence-based strategies. My passion for supporting people and advocating for their well-being has guided my work, always striving to create meaningful, lasting change.

As both a behaviour practitioner and director, I focus on flexibility, clear communication, and a client-centred approach. I aim to make support plans practical and accessible, ensuring they can be easily understood and implemented. I am always learning and growing, and my goal is to create a supportive environment where individuals and teams can work together to provide the best possible care.

With over 15 years of expertise in consumer behaviour and statistical analysis, I transitioned into Cognitive Science to explore Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodevelopmental conditions.

​For the past decade, my passion for understanding children and the world of ASD has driven my research and hands-on work, emphasising the power of Early Intervention to enhance quality of life.

Blending scientific research with behavioural support, I create tailored strategies to help children and families navigate neurodiversity with confidence. My holistic approach is inspired by Rudolf Steiner’s philosophies, Ayurveda, and Indigenous healing traditions, recognising that every child is unique and deserves personalised, effective support.
